Ricky has been in the poultry industry since the days of his early youth. He shared chores with his three brothers while growing up on the family farm in North Georgia. In 1969 Ricky graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Animal Science. He was employed in the poultry industry until March of 2000. He then became one of the founders of AgriO3.

"I guess you could say I sort of grew up with the poultry industry and watched it change over the years. When Phillip approached me with the idea of using ozone to improve the atmosphere I was rather skeptical about the idea. I had seen many innovations in the poultry industry that later turned out to prove ineffective. But as we continued to run our tests with applying ozone to poultry houses I am now convinced the technology Phillip has developed is the next revolution in the evolution of the poultry industry and am proud to be affiliated with the company."

AgriO3's founders have over 50 combined years in the poultry industry. They have experienced the incredible improvements that technology has delivered, both to the quality of the product produced and in the efficiency with which birds are now brought to market.

Mr. Mullinax developed and refined ozone technology to test on his 180,000 bird Georgia poultry farm. Starting in 2000 his equipment was installed and six field tests using ozone as a purifying agent were performed. The results were impressive and AgriO3 was formed.

"We believe in Ozone.
It's nature's most effective purifier.
We've harnessed it for the poultry industry."

Phillip grew up in North Georgia where he helped his brother, dad and grandfathers on the family farm. This included helping with the chores in the poultry houses. He graduated from Georgia Southern College in 1972 with a degree in Psychology. After working briefly for the state he formed his own businesses.

In 1990 he purchased a poultry farm in North Georgia as a new business venture. In 1998 he became aware of the properties of ozone and how it had been applied in other industries. It's effectiveness in cleaning the environment of his own home as well as many other applications led him to investigate its application in the poultry industry.

"At this point I decided to find a way to introduce ozone into my poultry houses to determine if it would be beneficial to the production of my farm. At that time I developed the best and least expensive method I could to accomplish this goal. After a year of gathering results I decided it was time introduce this exciting technology to the poultry industry."
